The work “Come back to the source” with images of tourists listening tour guide explaining the Cham relics reached the first prize winner in 7th national tourism artwork competition.
After 6 months of launch, the competition has received 5464 photos of 454 authors from 55 provinces and cities across the country. After that, the organizers selected one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes and five fourth prizes. In addition to the winning works, the organizers select 96 outstanding works to exhibit at the Centre for Fine Arts Exhibition and Photography (29 Hang Bai, Hanoi) from July 05th to 09th, 2016. This is one of the events celebrating 56 years of establishing Vietnam tourism. On the photo is the author Nguyen Trang Kim Cuong who won the first prize in 7th national tourism artwork competition themed “Vietnam Today” receiving an award from the organizers.
The first prize work is “Come back to the source” by Nguyen Trang Kim Cuong, from Ho Chi Minh City.
The contest awarded two second prizes, including the work “Little friends” by Hoang Ngoc Thach (Hanoi).
“Childhood” by Nguyen Chi Long (Son La) captures the innocent fun of upland ethnic children under fresh sunshine. This is also the work won the second prize of the contest.
“Lan Ha cruise” by Vu Thanh Chung (Ha Noi) is one of three third prize works of the contest this year.
A different angle on Thanh Nien road in a third prize work called “The old Co Ngu Road with West Lake and Truc Bach Lake” by Nguyen Ngoc Ban (Hanoi).
“A Dao mother” by Vu Manh Cuong (Phu Tho) also won third prize.
In addition to the foregoing, the contest awarded prizes to five other works. In the pictured is “The festival of painting buffalo in Ha Nam province” by Le Ngoc Huy (Hanoi).

- “Thai Culture (Thanh Hoa)” by Bui Quang Thuan from Hanoi.
- “The ancient of Hoi An“by Nguyen Thi Dao (Ho Chi Minh city).
- “Ba waterfall – Halong on the mountain” by Nguyen Van Mien (Yen Bai).
